Soon after, he called me up and asked if I’d like to help him on a spec home they were building. I jumped at the chance and as they say, the rest is history… well hopefully not, lol. We are now working together on full house remodels and just broke ground on a 4,600 sq ft custom new build that is going to be amazing.

I was honored when he reached out and wanted to meet with me. I could immediately tell he was my kind of people. Why? Brothers, Aaron and Danny Niemela, established ArDan Construction to provide a service to their community. Since they started their business in 2007, they have created a team of employees and a network of vendors and subcontractors that all have the same vision in mind. That vision is to have the highest level of service with open communication, professionalism, and quality.
Taylor Bankhead, their Director of Marketing, and Danny brought lunch to our entire team after the holiday break, and we had a great time getting to know each other’s process and how each of us work. I was very impressed and loved the fact that they used Chief Architect, the main CAD program we use to do all our drawings and plans. They are very clear on their process and love working with Interior Design firms. They understand that an Interior Designer can help guide you to key decisions and craft your vision to meet your budget. You don’t want to settle for less when it comes to designing your home, which is usually your largest investment.
What stands out to me with our top Phoenix home builders is they put relationships as a top priority. This is very important to me.
