We plan and manage all aspects of your project from concept to completion. If you like the attention to detail and style of designs you see in magazines, but have no desire to lift a finger, this service is for you!
Our Proven Six Phase Process:
Phase One
Onboarding and Getting to Know You!
Inspiration and envisioning! Through our detailed questionnaire, we gain clarity and define your wants and needs. We dig deep to get to know you and your family and how you live, so we can create a space that feels most like you.
Phase Two
Conceptual Design
We put the ideas and pen to paper and create concept drawings, space planning, vision boards, and more for your design!
Phase Three
Creative Development
We begin building a color story and setting the anchor elements with material, fabrics, and finishes. We also start the selection process of hardscape materials such as countertops, cabinets, flooring, and doors.
Phase Four
The Design Presentation
Down to the details! We present you two 3D renderings for each room complete with furnishings, layout, lighting, window treatments, and more! We bring everything you need to touch, feel, and experience the design for yourself. Our design presentations are done in our studio and we always come equipped with food and wine!
Phase Five
Purchasing and Execution
Time to break ground on your project! We handle all the logistics of project management, ordering, tracking, and helping you sort through contractor bids. There are lots of moving parts we help you navigate and take off your plate – which is one of the reasons our clients love working with us!
Phase Six
Install Day
An exciting moment! The final installation is where everything is staged and final touches are made. We make sure the artwork is hanging just right, and the space is ready for you to start enjoying the luxury and comfortable design right away!
