A Modern Traditional Interior, Design for the whole family

This full house project gave the whole family a reason to smile! We loved transforming this family’s new home with a modern traditional interior design. There were so many spaces in this home to consider as we were planning out the design. They knew they didn’t want their large TV to be the focal point in the living room, so we designed a very large built-in which our woodworker built with impeccable craftsmanship and attention to detail.

They also had a large slider door which had breathtaking views. We wanted to offer privacy without sacrificing the opportunity to bring the outdoors in so we installed custom-made sheers and drapery panels on either side to frame the large slider.

When you have something you love, be it a piece of art, a beautiful rug, or an heirloom piece, we help to pull out the colors and use them throughout the room so it all comes together. This family had a beautiful painting of Aspen trees, so we used those colors in the drapery panels and pillows on the sofa, pulling together the traditional yet modern interior design.

The kid’s rooms were a showstopper and we loved seeing their delighted reaction as they stepped foot into their new cozy spaces -designed just for them!
